A White Man Urinating In Public - Four Men Nabbed By KAI For Peeing On The Island Bridg

The culture of urinating by the side of the road by Nigerians is no more a news to many but when a white man is seen engaging in such act becomes a very surprising happening.

This white man shown in this photo above was seen this morning, Thursday, July 17, 2014 at the bridge linking Third Mainland to Obalende urinating by the side of the road.
Urinating from bridges is a ‘good’ tradition in Lagos. In the beginning of this year Kick Against Indiscipline group spoiled peeing party for a group of four Nigerians (in the photo below).

Both families have confirmed their consent to the wedding, as the formal husband of the bride and two of her children, aged 28 and 38, have made it publicly known. They are happy that the couple are helping with the family ritual, which is meant to appease the ancestors of their family.

Revealing how they had all taken up the financial responsibilities of the said wedding, the formal husband says he is unperturbed about what anyone says.
The baby groom still has the hopes of remarrying a girl within his age range in future. However, he says that he loves his present bride as that was what made him to take the bold step of marrying Helen.
The bride, who expressed her happiness over the fact that the boy picked her, told the newsmen that the boy will continue to live a normal life, as other boys of his age, and will later get married to a younger bride, within his age limits. Rihanna celebrates Germany World Cup win with a string of selfies with Mario Götze and co

Bajan pop star turned football pundit poses with trophy alongside final matchwinner and fellow members of the triumphant team
Of all the pundits to have made a mark at the World Cup, which came to a climax in Brazil in Sunday night, none has hit the back of the net with as much regularity as Rihanna. The pop superstar from Barbados has been tweeting regularly about the tournament, and after Germany’s victory over Argentina continued the trend with a string of selfies that she posted on Twitter after meeting up with the winning team.
Alongside a snap with matchwinner Mario Götze, she also posed with the Jules Rimet trophy alongside Bayern Munich’s Bastian Schweinsteiger and Arsenal player Lukas Podolski.

Youll Never Drink Coca-Cola Or Pepsi Again After Seeing This [LOOK]

Do you know what youre actually putting into your body when you take a gulp of your favorite carbonated sugary drink?

Sometimes ignorance is bliss, because after seeing this video posted by Crazy Russian Hacker, you might think twice about that soda in your fridge.

When the soda is boiled, the water evaporates, leaving behind copious amounts of sugar that turn into this:
Yup, it looks like tar.

And while thats just gross, it also quickly makes the point that cola is just sugar water, evidenced by how it boils down to whats essentially caramel.

Though the labels are off the bottles, the red tops remind us of Coca Cola, which contains 65 grams of sugar in one 590 ml bottle, and a whopping 108 grams in a liter.Pepsi is even sweeter, with 69 grams of sugar in a 591 ml bottle and 112 grams in a liter.

Now, heres some food for thought: The American Heart Association writes 180,000 annual deaths may be linked to the consumption of sugary soft drinks.

10 Signs You’re Ready For Marriage

You know you love each other. (That’s the easy part!) But it can be tough to determine whether you’re ready to take things to the next level. So how do you know it’s time to tie the knot?
Look out for these telltale signs:
1.  When you imagine your life years from now, you continuously visualize it with your partner. You can’t even imagine anything different.
Groom places gold wedding ring on the finger of his new bride in marriage ceremony
2.   The thought of children — once so foreign and repulsive — becomes more and more amusing. You begin to envision routine parenting as something amusing and endearing.
3.  The thought of making love to someone other than your partner disgusts you to the core. You cannot even fathom the possibility of another hand touching your body.
4.  You enjoy waking up next to your partner. On the off nights you don’t spend together, you miss her body next to you when you open your eyes in the morning.
LONDON, ENGLAND - APRIL 29: Prince William exchanges rings with his bride Catherine Middleton in front of the Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams inside Westminster Abbey on April 29, 2011 in London, England. The marriage of Prince William, the second in line to the British throne, to Catherine Middleton is being held in London today. The marriage of the second in line to the British throne is to be led by the Archbishop of Canterbury and will be attended by 1900 guests, including foreign Royal family members and heads of state. Thousands of well-wishers from around the world have also flocked to London to witness the spectacle and pageantry of the Royal Wedding. (Photo Credit: Andrew Milligan - WPA Pool/Getty Images)
5.  You find her dysfunctional family charming and eclectic.
6.  You inadvertently admire other people’s wedding bands.
7.  You start thinking about joint finances. You are calculating the costs of selling your bachelor pad to afford a down payment on a real house.
8.  You enjoy the simple moments together. You don’t necessarily have to do something, just be together: whether it’s grocery shopping or watching television, you just appreciate being near him.
9.  You and your partner become each other’s cheerleaders. You bring out the best in each other and have each other’s backs.
10. You trust your partner explicitly. There is no other person in the world in whom you would rather confide.
Can you relate to this list?If so, you’re ready for marriage!

8 Simple Exercises That Will Give You A Great Butt’

1. Squats
Woman Performing Squats
Improving your posterior is a much simpler task than you might think. Many women think that endlessly running like a gerbil will give them a nice butt’. While lower body fat does contribute to a great backside, the most important thing is improving the size and shape of the gluteal muscles. Enjoy these eight tips for crafting a se’xy and sculpted booty!
First off, the squat is the most pivotal step to a great backside. It is the king of all lower body exercises. No, I’m not talking about using a machine — I’m talking about barbell squats. What these will do is force the gluteus maximus (butt’ muscle) to grow and take shape. Make sure you squat so that your hips are below your knees to ensure maximum butt’ muscle activation.
2. Lunges
Woman Lunging
Second only to squats, the lunge is a great exercise for your booty. It targets the quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteal muscles. If you feel comfortable holding extra weight while you do lunges, then do it, but make sure your form is perfect first. Take as long a stride as you can so as to really stretch the gluteus maximus.
Perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions per leg.
3. Correct Your Posture
Correct posture is necessary for having your butt’ look its best. Slumped shoulders and a rounded lower back will cause you to lose the differentiation between butt ‘and lower back. For good curves, maintain good posture.
4. Step-Ups
Woman doing step up exercise
The step-up exercise might look easy, but it’s actually quite a workout. It targets the entire lower body, including the glutes, and quickly burns away calories! Simply find some stairs or a chair, take a step with one leg, stand up straight on that leg and then step back down. The difficulty can be increased or decreased based on the height of the step.

5. Sprints
Woman Sprinting
Sprinting will kill two birds with one stone. Not only will this strengthen your glutes and hamstrings, but this is a great way to burn body fat. Try running 100m intervals. For instance, run 100m then walk 100m. That would be one interval. Repeat that five to ten times.

6. Sumo Deadlift
Woman Sumo Deadlifting
The sumo deadlift is a great way to target your butt’ muscles. This lift looks just like it sounds. Take a stance like a sumo wrestler, i.e. very wide. Reach down and grap the bar, stick your butt back and your knees out, then push your feet into the ground and lift the bar.
Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions.

7. Superman
Superma
The “Superman” is a great exercise for strengthening the glutes and lower back. Lie on your stomach and simultaneously lift your feet and hands off the ground, as if flying like Superman (or woman).
Perform 2 sets of 15 repetitions.

8. Eat Right
Dropping body fat will give your butt a better shape and get rid of cellulite. The best way to accomplish this is by eating a better diet. Cut out the sodas and chocolates (no, you didn’t ‘earn’ a box of candy because you worked out, that defeats the purpose), and eat more green veggies.

Governor Kayode Fayemi Makes Concession Speech On Fayose's Victory

It could be recalled that, according to results released by INEC, Mr Fayose had scored 203, 090 votes to beat the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr Fayemi, who scored 120, 433.
The electoral body also announced that the candidate of the Labour Party, Bamidele Michael Opeyemi, scored 18,135 votes to come third.
Scroll down for video
While reacting to the results announced by INEC early Sunday morning, Governor Fayemi said: "If indeed this is the will of the Ekiti People, I stand in deference to your will. If the result of the elections is an expression of the voice of our people, we must all heed your voice."
* PDP's Ayo Fayose
 * PDP's Ayo Fayose
Below is the full concession speech made by the incumbent Governor Fayemi:

"Yesterday, Ekiti State decided. Following the gubernatorial elections held in the land of honour, Ekiti State, Nigeria, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially returned the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the election.

If indeed this is the will of the Ekiti People, I stand in deference to your will. If the result of the elections is an expression of the voice of our people, we must all heedyour voice.

I have just spoken with my brother, Mr. Peter Ayodele Fayose, congratulating him on his victory. In a few hours from now, I would be meeting the Governor-elect to discuss the future of our dear state and how we would work together to institute a smooth transition programme.

It has been a hard fought election. As expected, in the course of the campaigns, there were unsavory episodes as the candidates toured the nooks and crannies of the state to sell ourselves to the people. Elections tend to be highly divisive affairs that often see brother rising against brother. Despite our diverse party affiliations, and regardless of which way we voted on Saturday, we must remember that we are all sons and daughters of Ekiti State. Ekiti is ours to build together.

On our part, over the course of the campaigns, we presented our scorecards before the people of Ekiti State. We never at any point took your support for granted. We campaigned, we canvassed and we traversed the nooks and crannies of this State. Our performance and achievements in office will remain the backdrop against which the next government and indeed future governments will be assessed. We are proud that with the support of Ekiti people, we have raised the bar of excellence in governance. In all, we gave our best, for conscience and for posterity.

Indeed a new sociology of the Ekiti people may have evolved. However, the task of understanding how the outcome of this election has defined us as a people will be that of scholars. For us as an administration and a cadre of political leaders in Ekiti State, we have fought a good fight, we have kept faith.

To members of our party, our campaign team and indeed all Ekiti people who defied the siege on our state to cast their votes for our party, I salute your exemplary courage and doggedness in the face of harassment. Thank you for staying the course. The incidences of brazen harassment, intimidation and allied infractions on fundamental humanrights, which many of you suffered in the hands of agents of the state, would be documented and communicated to the appropriate authorities, for the records.

I thank you all for listening.

May God bless the land of honour, Ekiti State, Nigeria.

May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria."

Meanwhile, shortly after Mr Fayode was declared winner of the Ekiti Governorship elections, President Goodluck Jonathan had gone on his official Facebook account to post congratulatory message on Fayose's victory.
Prior to the election, political analysts had predicted the contest to be between the candidates of three parties – the incumbent governor, Kayode Fayemi of the APC, a former governor of the state, Ayo Fayose of the PDP, and a member of the House of Representatives, Opeyemi Bamidele of the Labour Party.

Spain suffer early World Cup exit

Spain's dominance of global football was brought to a crushing end as they were knocked out of the World Cup by an impressive Chile.
The defending champions were aiming to become the first nation to retain the title since Brazil in 1962. But, after losing their opening match 5-1 to the Netherlands, they surrendered their crown in a cauldron of noise in the Maracana.
First-half goals from Eduardo Vargas and Charles Aranguiz did the damage as Spain failed to contain the rampant Chileans, or muster a response of any real substance.
Their elimination means they are the fifth defending champions to fail to progress from the group stage at the World Cup.
It was Chile's first competitive victory over Spain - and just reward for an attacking masterclass.

Spain eliminated from 2014 World Cup as Chile cruises to 2-0 victory

And just like that, Spain have been eliminated from the 2014 World Cup.

How music star, Kefee died

Though she had been in a coma for close to three weeks, it was with shock that Nigerians received news that gospel music star and Branama Queen, Kefee Obareki, had passed on to the great beyond abruptly terminating a career spanning over a decade.
According to reports, three weeks ago, the singer, who was rumoured to be six months pregnant, had collapsed aboard a 14-hour flight to Chicago. Consequently, the aircraft had to make an emergency landing in Los Angeles where Kefee received urgent medical attention. Though her family is yet to comment, reports on social media claim that the singer had been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia – pregnancy induced high blood pressure and was on life support.
While Nigerians waited with baited breaths, her husband, Teddy Don-Momoh of Star FM confirmed her deteriorating health status when he went on twitter to appeal to Nigerians to pray for his beloved wife as doctors had revealed that her condition was critical.
Overnight, social media was overflowing with prayers for the star. Unfortunately, the singer reportedly gave up the ghost yesterday, after a three week battle thus throwing the entertainment industry into a mourning mood weeks after another denizen, Amaka Igwe, collapsed and died on set in Enugu.
Even in death, Kefee’s light continues to shine as she was a frontline gospel music star. With four albums to her credit and a number of hits, she would go down as one of Nigeria’s most successful contemporary gospel musicians.
However, even in death, her broken marriage continues to haunt her. Reports have emerged that a certain pastor in Abuja had placed a curse on her due to an interview she granted a junk magazine earlier in the year where the late singer had alleged that the said pastor dropped her from a show his church was organizing because of her marriage break up to her ex-husband, Alec Godwin, in 2008. In the said interview, Kefee had made an allusion to the sex scandal which rocked the pastor’s church to its very foundations. Sources said the pastor got angry and placed a curse on her.
